Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA/Test team for SAP ISU projects including enhancements, upgrades, and support initiatives.
• Define and implement end-to-end test strategies, plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate and manage functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability.
• Oversee defect management processes using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.
• Ensure testing deliverables align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide regular test progress and defect status reports to project management.
• Mentor junior QA/testers and enforce best practices for testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in software testing and QA.
• At least 5 years of experience in testing SAP ISU modules (Billing, Device Management, CRM, Customer Service, FICA, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a QA/test environment.
• Excellent understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with test automation is an asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in ISU or related modules is a plus.
• Utility domain experience in Canadian markets.
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience in integration testing with third-party applications.
