Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Financial Services Call Center Representative to join our client.

Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Locations: Montreal, Quebec / Halifax, Nova Scotia / Waterloo, ON

Location Type: Hybrid; Onsite on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Shifts can vary from 8 AM EST to 8 PM EST (9am-9pm AST). You can also choose to work full-time in the office.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and meeting clients' needs, including answering calls and, at times, following up on group insurance plan files. Requests, which vary in complexity, come from internal or external clients. Inbound Call Center - about 50 calls per day.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Bilingual - fully bilingual in French and English (read/write/speak in French/English)
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service, previous administrative or customer service experience in an information center, retail environment, or service sector.
• Tech Savvy - experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to navigate between multiple applications confidently
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Passionate about customer service and determined to do things right, you will ensure a high level of dedication and strive to meet clients' needs by promptly providing accurate responses to those inquiring about the available products and services
