Keep the Dream Alive. It's a simple statement that means so much to thousands of LUG Athletes playing in our recreational sports leagues across North America. LUG started as a way for young adults to keep playing the sport they loved in recreational and competitive settings long after minor sports programming ended. From our original roots as a small 4 team hockey league, we have grown into one of the largest adult sports leagues with over 25,000 players across 60+ cities.

With a focus on creating a strong, competitive, inclusive community, and delivering exceptional experiences both on and off the field of play, LUG is the ticket that students, adults, and alumni need for all of their sport and social needs.

About the Role

LUG Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Analyst, Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize the end-to-end movement of goods that support our league operations across North America. This role is critical in ensuring our athletes receive the right gear on time, every time.

You'll be responsible for inventory management, demand planning, fulfillment execution, vendor coordination and continuous process improvement across our physical product operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and 3PL partners, you'll ensure inventory accuracy, streamline logistics workflows and help create a scalable supply chain infrastructure that grows with the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in managing multiple concurrent priorities and is passionate about operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end fulfillment of jerseys, merchandise and equipment for league operations across Canada and the U.S.
  • Ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery and resolution of fulfillment issues through close communication with LUG staff, external partners and customers
  • Maintain and analyze inventory levels to support demand forecasting and purchasing cycles
  • Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) to manage inbound and outbound shipments
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including order fulfillment rates, shipping lead times and inventory accuracy
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency, reduce costs and enhance player experience
  • Collaborate on the development of automated tools and dashboards to improve visibility across fulfillment operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs for fulfillment and logistics workflows
  • Help uphold service levels that align with LUG's mission and delivering an exceptional player experience

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, fulfillment, logistics coordination, or a related field
  • Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, execution and performance
  • Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, or CRM tools is highly valued; experience with STORD and Zoho is a strong asset but not required
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills - you're comfortable working with data to inform decisions and improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and manage vendor relationships
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and seasonal fluctuations
  • Passion for operations, process design, and building systems that scale
  • A team player who's ready to learn, lead and level up to drive company growth
  • Able to travel to our Brampton, ON warehouse facility if required (note: most work is remote and on-site visits are rare)

Additional Notes

  • We're a remote-first team and output is more important than facetime, so where you choose to work is up to you - as long as you have internet access, you can work from wherever helps to make you successful, and your family happy.
  • League games typically take place on evenings and weekends. This is not your standard 9-5. Working day requirements may shift based on leagues running and the season.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive salary and aggressive bonus based on company + personal performance
  • Unlimited Time Off
  • 3-4 weeks of additional mandatory company time off (ex. 3 weeks in December)
  • 4 Day Long Weekends in the Summer
  • 100% company paid comprehensive benefits package for all your health and Premium dental needs
