Cytodiagnostics Inc. and CytoGroup Inc are seeking a skilled and motivated Laboratory & Operations Technician to join our team in Burlington, ON. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our nanoparticle manufacturing, while also supporting business operations, distributor engagement, and marketing initiatives. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is interested in both scientific and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and process nano-materials, including gold and silver nanoparticles
• Support daily operational tasks, including order entry, packaging, shipping, and inventory management
• Maintain detailed manufacturing and operational records in compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards
• Assist with quality control processes for laboratory and operational activities
• Contribute to business operations by supporting distributor relationships and participating in product information updates and marketing activities
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities or process improvements
• Perform additional tasks as assigned in support of the team

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in writing or reviewing SOPs, study reports, or process documentation
• Experience in operations, shipping/receiving, or administrative support is an asset
• Familiarity with industry standards, especially ISO environments, is preferred
• Interest or experience in distributor management, business development, or marketing activities
• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
