Position Overview
As the first point of contact with our Members, the Client Services Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a lasting first impression. Bringing a positive energy and consistently providing exceptional customer service to FBC Members.
Our ideal candidate brings experience in tax preparation or bookkeeping, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations - enabling them to confidently support Members with tax-related inquiries, manage financial records, and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

You will perform your duties and responsibilities for the Company primarily from our office located in Regina, SK.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members.
Collaborate with other team members/departments to answer member questions and exceed Member expectations.
Direct questions and concerns to the appropriate channels for resolution, while also addressing concerns independently as needed.
Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials.
What You Will Bring
Education and Experience
2+ years of direct customer service experience, delivering exceptional support
Business Administration diploma or certificate with a focus on bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is a strong asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Great at using good judgment to build strong customer relationships.
Tax knowledge and/or bookkeeping skills would be considered an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
An aptitude for learning.
Superior organizational skills.
Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
A working knowledge of MS Office.
