Title: Manhattan WMS L1 Support Consultant
Primary Location: 260 Brimley Rd., Scarborough, ON M1M 3H8, Canada(Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for Manhattan WMS applications and processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Log and track incidents, ensuring proper documentation and escalation when necessary.
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Perform basic SQL queries and updates to support application troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of user issues and resolutions for knowledge base development.
Mandatory Skills:
• Manhattan WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• SQL - Strong understanding of queries and basic database operations
Preferred Attributes:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a support team
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and support documentation processes
