We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Downtown Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and fine-tune Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
  • Implement declarative Salesforce changes (workflows, flows, validation rules, permissions, etc.).
  • Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Support integration efforts and assist with testing and user enablement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of experience configuring Salesforce applications to meet functional specifications.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle tools (e.g., Change Sets, VS Code, SFDX).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
