We're are looking for a skilled Developer to help modernize a suite of internal forms, systems, and applications for a Toronto-based law enforcement agency.

Whether your strength lies in React / JavaScript Development, Microsoft Power Platform, or a combination of both, this a great opportunity to contribute to a major modernization initiative focused on enhancing mobility, user experience, and efficiency.

We're open to candidates with strong skills in one or more of the following areas:

• JavaScript / React or VueJS Development
• Microsoft Power Platform Development (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, etc.)
• Or a combination of both skill sets

What You'll Do

You'll assess solution suitability and develop modern applications using either React/JavaScript, Power Platform components, or both. Your responsibilities will span design, testing, deployment, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-impact, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test applications using React/JavaScript, Power Platform, or a blend of both
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements
• Customize, configure, and extend Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Pages, Automate)
• Develop and test secure, scalable, and maintainable applications
• Build integrations using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Support the installation and configuration of data gateways
• Follow best practices for coding, packaging, testing, and deployment
• Produce clear documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience developing with React or Power Platform, or both
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET Framework, Azure)
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM
• Power Platform Certifications
• Exposure to public sector or public safety environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
