Théa Pharma is presently recruiting for a Territory Account Manager, Optometry/Dry Eye. This is full time field-based position, covering northern Alberta from Red Deer to Grande Prairie. This position will report to the Associate Sales Director, Western Canada.

Job Description:

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for driving territory sales growth for the Dry Eye in-office retail portfolio within Optometry. The TAM will also work closely with their Associate Sales Director to identify optometry clinics with high sales potential in the Dry Eye Retail space and build plans to expand the Dry Eye Specialty with these key customers. A key part of this role is to help drive the corporate identity and reputation of Théa Canada as a trusted partner for the Canadian Eye Care Community and support the future growth of the organization as we expand our portfolio. The TAM will be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers, their patients, and both the Théa business and culture.

Responsibilities:

Support and drive the awareness, trial and utilization of our diverse Dry Eye In-Office Retail portfolio.

Build strong relationships within the Optometric community, including top Optometry Key Opinion Leaders and high potential Dry Eye retailers within the territory.

Execution of Dry Eye focused programs, promotions and educational initiatives aimed at furthering the uptake of Dry Eye Management as a specialty within the practice of Optometry.

Help to establish and grow credibility and corporate reputation as a trusted and valued industry partner within the Optometric community.

Set the foundation and support the launch of new Dry Eye products.

Minimum Qualifications:

Equivalent to a three-year University education with emphasis in science and/or business

A minimum of 3 years of Field Sales experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical/surgical device industry; previous experience in Optometry is a strong asset

Flexibility for some limited travel in-territory may be is required, including 3-4 congresses per year.
