Administrative Assistant - Financial Planning Firm
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for helping others succeed? Join our growing financial planning practice as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Financial Planners and ensuring exceptional client service.
This role is administrative in nature, with a strong focus on managing client data, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining the operational efficiency of the practice. Some foundational knowledge of financial and tax concepts is helpful, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Planners.
- Prepare and organize client meeting materials, reports, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems and digital filing tools.
- Assist with data entry and basic financial analysis for client review meetings (training provided).
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and internal workflows.
- Communicate professionally with clients to address inquiries and track action items.
- Support the implementation of financial and tax planning strategies.
- Perform general office administration duties to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Experience with Salesforce an asset
