We're currently on the lookout for a Store Manager to lead our team with energy, creativity, and heart. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and ensuring a welcoming and customer-focused retail environment. The successful candidate will:
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service, and inspire your team to do the same
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising, ensuring the store meets company standards
- Lead the planning and execution of in-store events and product displays
- Coach and mentor team members, including performance management and development
- Schedule, delegate, and follow up on daily operations and team assignments
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, manage labour budgets, and track store metrics
- Maintain and enforce store policies and procedures in alignment with company expectations
- Participate in ongoing leadership development and team training initiatives
- Champion a positive and values-driven workplace culture
We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- 2 - 5 years of retail management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record in customer engagement and team leadership
- Experience in retail environments
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and retain team members
- Visual merchandising experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as required
