We're currently on the lookout for a Store Manager to lead our team with energy, creativity, and heart. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and ensuring a welcoming and customer-focused retail environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lifestyle-driven retail setting, enjoys mentoring others, and is motivated by achieving sales and operational goals.

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service, and inspire your team to do the same
  • Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising, ensuring the store meets company standards
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-store events and product displays
  • Coach and mentor team members, including performance management and development
  • Schedule, delegate, and follow up on daily operations and team assignments
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, manage labour budgets, and track store metrics
  • Maintain and enforce store policies and procedures in alignment with company expectations
  • Participate in ongoing leadership development and team training initiatives
  • Champion a positive and values-driven workplace culture

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • 2 - 5 years of retail management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record in customer engagement and team leadership
  • Experience in retail environments
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and retain team members
  • Visual merchandising experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as required
