We're working exclusively with our large retail client to find an experienced Instructional Designer to support a fast-paced onboarding and change management project impacting multiple business functions. You'll be responsible for developing 6 short eLearning modules for merchant partners adjusting to new processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 6 eLearning modules (10-15 minutes each; up to 20 minutes max)
  • One module may be a video overview with a knowledge check; the remaining modules will be eLearning
  • Turn rough content and basic storyboards into clear, engaging, and easy-to-navigate modules
  • Include Level 2 interactivity (e.g., drag-and-drops, knowledge checks)
  • Follow an established look and feel
  • Ensure the content is easy to update for future changes
  • Provide Word-based transcripts and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
  • Deliver SCORM-compliant files and assist with LMS publishing

Start Date: Early July

Duration: 1 month

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Virtual; must be in Canada

Experience Required:

  • Strong instructional design background
  • Proficient with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise); must use your own computer and software license
  • Ability to review and refine existing content to make it "training-ready"
  • Experience working under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with SCORM and accessibility requirements
  • Willingness to provide an estimate of hours after the interview
