Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of operational resiliency initiatives
- Prepare and test third-party vendor exit and transition plans
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams for reviews and contracts
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Maintain and update business impact analysis, recovery objectives, and critical path mapping
- Coordinate testing of resilience operations
- Provide input on information risk for projects and technology changes
- Standardize and digitize resilience processes across teams
- Share best practices and support training initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years' experience in disaster recovery, business resilience, IT/systems, project or vendor management
- BCM certification (ABCP, CBCP, MBCI, MBCP) or working toward one
- Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with BCM tools (e.g., Fusion, PowerBI)
- Broad understanding of IT systems and DR tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of OSFI B10 and E21 regulations
- High school diploma (minimum)
