We're looking for a skilled and versatile Intermediate Designer to join our agency team. In this role, you'll take the lead on a variety of design projects across our client portfolio-ranging from brand identity and visual systems to package design, digital, and print execution. You'll work collaboratively with creative and account teams, while also bringing a strong sense of ownership and creative thinking to your work. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, solid design fundamentals, and the ability to translate strategy into compelling, effective visuals.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Interprets project briefs and contributes strategically to design direction
- Develops thoughtful, high-quality design solutions across brand, digital, and print
- Manages projects with a balance of collaboration and independent ownership
- Clearly presents design rationale to internal teams and to clients
- Delivers work efficiently, meeting deadlines and staying within scope
- Applies feedback with a critical eye, continuously refining and strengthening the work
The Skills
- Inspired and driven by helping organizations and others win with marketing and creative ideas
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design
- Agency, Design Firm experience of 4-7 years
- Exceptional design skills and a portfolio showing good taste and strong typography skills
- Preferred experience in package design within the CPG space
- Clear understanding of the production process and ability to prepare production-ready files
- Bonus skillsets: Figma, Social, Digital, 3D, Illustration, Animation, Photography
- Ability to strategically solve problems through design
- Good understanding of current industry tools; can quickly adapt and adopt new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working well as part of a team
- Can articulate ideas clearly and has confidence to presentation work
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Highly motivated and well-organized
- Bias for action and taking initiative
- Able to take feedback well and respectfully with a focus on solutions
- Works collaboratively and positively with all team members
Success Measurements
- Quality of design and ideas
- Timeliness of delivery (meets agreed upon project deadlines)
- Accountable for time spent on projects, ensuring it is within budget
- UR 75% Billable
- Shared NPS Score >50 for all clients in portfolio with Marketing Managers
- Other metrics or indicators of Customer Satisfaction/etc. may be added over time as required to align with Company and/or Team goals

What You Get
