DIRECTOR OF LEGAL

Our client:

• Is a company specializing in pharmaceutical care and health services

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide general corporate and commercial legal advice, execution and coordination relating to general corporate and commercial matters, acquisitions, leasing, securities, regulatory and employment law, working closely where required with existing external legal advisors
• Responsible for the central management of the company's contracts
• Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of issues that arise in the company's day-to-day business
• Negotiate and draft various corporate and commercial agreements related to the business

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in corporate law, ideally at a medium to large company
