About the position:

Wildcraft is expanding quickly and we're looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who's excited to grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone who's self-motivated, creative, and curious, someone who's ready to dive into the world of digital marketing and help bring our campaigns to life across every channel. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up online social media and paid advertising, while also supporting broader marketing efforts across email, website, and retail.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to figure things out, experiment with new ideas, and bring a mix of creativity and strategy to the table. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on a small team, contribute meaningfully to a growing brand, and expand your skills as the role evolves.

You'll be working closely with our marketing and creative contractors team and reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, collaborating on strategy, creative development, and execution.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at our West End Toronto studio.

What you will do:

  • Grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook by planning, producing fun and engaging creative and copy, scheduling content, and analyzing performance, while ensuring everything reflects our brand values and resonates with customers across every stage of their journey.
  • Develop paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram alongside the marketing team, contributing to everything from copywriting and creative direction to testing, tracking, media buying, and optimizing for results.
  • Stay up to date on platform changes, audience behavior, and cultural trends to keep our social and paid content fresh, relevant, and competitive within the beauty and wellness space.
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with influencers and UGC creators by identifying the right partners, coordinating deliverables, and overseeing content alignment with our brand.
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for paid ads, social media, email, and web to maintain a consistent voice across all marketing channels.
  • Support email and website marketing efforts by contributing to content planning and creation, assisting in campaign execution, and helping analyze performance to inform future optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on cross-channel campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and retail initiatives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media, ideally in a B2C or ecommerce setting.
  • An interest in skincare, wellness, or sustainability-focused brands.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, storytelling, and cross-channel consistency.
  • Deep understanding of social media, especially video content, and how to create creative that connects and converts.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager or similar paid advertising platforms.
  • Familiar with full-funnel marketing, from building brand awareness to driving conversion and retention.
  • Data-minded and results-oriented, with a drive to test, learn, and improve performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Bonus points:

  • Experience using platforms such as Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Shopify.
  • Any kind of entrepreneurial experience, whether launching a side project or managing a small business.
