Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive pricing.

Optimize Margin

Lump Sum, Construction Management, Design Build duties

Sometimes you might need to do "Take Offs"

Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and correspondence with clients & vendors.

Develop and maintain cost structures and databases to streamline the estimating process.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to develop comprehensive cost estimate.

Present estimates to senior leadership, providing clear rationale and risk assessments.

Stories Relating to: i. Margin on similar project sizes ii. iii. Risk mitigation, predictiveness Close ratios, business wins influence iv. Productivity increases v. Proposal delivery on tight timelines vi. ICI project wins
