Production Supervisor - Veneer Sawmill Saint-Leonard Area or Open to Relocation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of 16-20 production employees, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor and adjust workflows, resources, and schedules to meet production goals and maximize operational efficiency.
• Coach and train team members, encourage problem-solving, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks such as shift scheduling, payroll submissions, and daily reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or certificate in industrial technology, engineering, business, or related field-or equivalent supervisory experience with a strong focus on safety.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership in a production or industrial setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible availability for rotating day and night shifts.
• Willingness to grow within the company through further training and development.
