Job Description

We are looking for a proven Account Executive to help us expand our customer base.

  • Identify high-potential businesses and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Ubico
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified meetings
  • Launch and test new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them
  • Work with cross-functional teams and build the roots of our Sales team
  • Hit the phones confidently with prospects from self-sourced and SDR generated efforts
  • Launch and test new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them
  • Bring valuable customer feedback and data back to executive leadership to inform Ubico's evolving product and processes
  • Develop external network via attending conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consultative B2B sales experience (ideally selling into Sales or Marketing functions) in a company selling to multiple segments is a must
  • Pays strict attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Able to multitask while efficiently managing priorities
