We are looking for a financial analyst to join the North America team sales division. In this role, you'll be preparing and analyzing On-Road vehicles revenues and sales incentives for month-end, quarterly and forecasts results. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with various teams to support and ensure financial profitability of sales programs strategies.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Support and influence the North America business leaders in preparing the cost of sales programs, discounts and commercial policies.

• Participate and prepare the annual budget, monthly financial statements, and forecasts.

• Analyze variances (P&L) against the latest financial forecasts and explain efficiency.

• Examine balance sheets accounts for sales incentives and prepare cash flow reports to assess financial performance and stability.

• Evaluate and influence strategies for On-road product lines upcoming retail programs.

• Ensure data accuracy and SOX compliance for sales programs provisioning processes.

• Work on lean strategy and continous improvement.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of experience.

• Strong skills in using Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

• SAP S/4HANA or TM1 user experience.

• Adaptability, independence, and a positive attitude.

• Strong ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.
