Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Install and remove the necessary barriers, ramps, outsourcing, slabs of concrete, risers, and catwalks from construction sites. Combine, add and allocate materials like concrete and asphalt. Perform emergency leak repairs and general maintenance for a variety of roof types. Help with aligning pipes and carry out associated tasks while constructing oil and gas pipelines. Grading the ground to precise specifications using a rake and shovel. Equip all the roofers with safety equipment, scaffolding, and hoists. Attach roofing papers by using nails. Cover roofs with layers of roofing felt or asphalt strips before installing tile, slate, or composition materials. Provide help in installing boilers, furnaces, air handlers, condensers, water heaters, and ductless splits. Help with the destruction of buildings by using pry bars and other equipment, and organize, clean and stack saved materials. Organize traffic circulation at or close to building sites.
