Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

Job Location: Mississauga, ON, L5R 3L7

Wage: $35.00 hourly

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Employment Terms: Permanent employment, Full time

Job Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Location: On site work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
