SALESFORCE FINANCIAL CLOUD SERVICES - SME

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Expert to lead the design and optimization of Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide design and implementation expertise on customization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and configure FSC features including client data models, financial accounts, goals, and action plans.
• Ability to analyze and provide design improvements on FSC
• Expertise in implementing solutions for client and advisor onboarding in FSC
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems, home grown systems, AppExchange products like DocuSign and data sources.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance in line with industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to users and internal teams.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new FSC features, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II and Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes (e.g., wealth management).
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with data migration, ETL tools, and integration platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, GitHub
