Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation:

Lead the architecture and deployment of Cisco UCCE, CUCM, CVP, CUIC, and CUBE solutions.

Develop high-level/low-level design documents, call flows, and CTI integration strategies (e.g., Salesforce, Bucher + Suter).

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Jabber, Unity Connection, Expressway, and voice gateways.

Project Leadership:

Manage end-to-end delivery of contact center migrations/upgrades (e.g., UCCE to Amazon Connect).

Collaborate with developers to deploy routing logic, IVR scripts, and VXML applications.

Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management (Jira, Remedy).

Technical Support & Optimization:

Resolve complex issues in Cisco IPT, SIP, MGCP, H.323, and recording solutions (NICE, Calabrio).
