Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Sailpoint IdentityNow Consultant - Hybrid Toronto

Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)

Rate: $70-$80/hr W2 (including benefits)

We're partnering with a major enterprise client to bring on an experienced Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Consultant (formerly SailPoint IdentityNow). This role is ideal for someone confident in SailPoint delivery, attribute configuration, and app onboarding-looking to work in a high-impact, hybrid IAM team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) implementations and customizations
• Support JML workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) across enterprise environments
• Define and manage RBAC policies, access certifications, and provisioning rules
• Onboard and integrate applications using SailPoint connectors
• Collaborate with Azure AD, Okta, and ServiceNow for end-to-end access automation
• Align identity strategy with GRC standards and compliance frameworks

Required Experience:

• 4+ years in IAM, with hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC project delivery
• Familiarity with attribute mapping, connector logic, and role modeling
• Proven experience onboarding apps into SailPoint
• Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and SOC2
• Strong stakeholder communication in enterprise or regulated environments

Nice to Have:

• SailPoint certifications (e.g. IdentityNow Implementation Specialist)
• Exposure to financial or public sector identity environments
• Experience customizing workflows using ServiceNow/SailPoint integration
