Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with BI tools, and a deep understanding of the web analytics ecosystem. This role will focus on enabling data-driven decision-making by building dashboards, analyzing trends, conducting deep dives, and analyzing performance visibility across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, uncover trends, and drive actionable insights, with a strong understanding of the web analytics landscape.
• Translate data into compelling stories by crafting clear, concise narratives for business reviews and executive presentations.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and root cause assessments to explain data deviations, recommending best practices and practical workarounds.
• Manage and prioritize a dynamic pipeline of requests, aligning with stakeholder inputs to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Deconstruct complex problem statements, define structured analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic goals.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Databricks AI/BI)
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience with API data extraction and integrating multiple data sources.
• Ability to present complex insights in a business-friendly manner
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
