We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our client partners dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across multiple business units. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions (primarily using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and LWC).
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Manage declarative automation tools (Process Builder, Flows, etc.) and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Support data integrity, data migration, and ETL processes across various systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams during design, development, and deployment cycles.
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies; contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with data models, security architecture, and user roles/profiles in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom APIs.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certs are a strong asset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
