Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue marketing job opportunities in the Web3 sector.
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn
• Evaluate job listings for alignment with my experience, skillset, and long-term goals.
• Engage with hiring managers, advocate and pitch my background effectively.
• Provide regular updates on leads, application statuses, and emerging hiring trends in the industry.
• Support offer negotiation and ensure the best possible fit and compensation package.
• Help to prepare for interviews by conducting mock sessions, providing feedback on communication and technical skills, and offering insights into crypto industry trends and expectations.
• Help to craft a tailored, high-impact resume that highlights my skills and experience.
• Cultivate relationships with crypto industry recruiters, startups, and communities to uncover exclusive opportunities.
• Additional bonus of $2000 dollars upon successful placement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in recruitment
