Your New Role

As Leasing Coordinator, you'll play a central role in keeping lease administration, tenant coordination, and documentation running smoothly across all stages of the leasing process. Reporting to the Director of Leasing & Asset Management, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure offers, agreements, reporting, and turnovers are handled with accuracy and timeliness. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in commercial leasing while contributing to a landmark real estate project with deep purpose and momentum.

What You'll Need to Succeed

A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate development, business administration, or paralegal services

• A strong working knowledge of commercial lease documentation, terms, and administration
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe, and DocuSign
• Experience using Yardi is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A passion for delivering high-quality work and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
