Required Skills & Experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a Contracts Admin or management role
• Excellent administration skills .
• Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
• Excel, Commercial platform(s) and Dashboard creations skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts
• Knowledge of process streamlining/improvement beneficial.
• Experience with Compass, Ariba, Icertis, MS Teams, & Excel

Summary:
The main function of the construction contracts administrator is to support the contract manager/contract lead with administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing compass change events & co-ordination with stakeholders.
• Assist in change evaluation, documentation and filing.
• Supporting Metro operations of Contracts team.
