Role Overview: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and tracking of deliveries and material supply to and from our Racine facility. This role ensures timely and accurate deliveries, supports internal departments, and helps maintain our reputation for outstanding service and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery orders based on customer needs and timelines
• Communicate and confirm delivery schedules with the Sales team
• Enter and maintain accurate delivery information in internal systems
• Monitor the loading process to ensure accuracy and order integrity
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints related to deliveries
• Resolve order or delivery issues in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain delivery paperwork and ensure system updates are complete and accurate
• Support with order preparation and truck loading as needed
• Ensure fleet vehicles are clean, road-ready, and properly maintained
• Step in with supervisory support when the Operations Manager is away

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Product Knowledge: Ability to identify wood species and moulding profiles
• Customer Service: Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize deliveries and manage scheduling conflicts

• Administrative Skills: Experience using delivery or ERP systems for order processing
