• Restoration (Xactimate experience preferred)
• Mechanical Construction (HVAC/Plumbing, special projects, TI/renos,)

1. Restoration Estimator

Work closely with property owners and insurance professionals to estimate residential and commercial restoration work after damage from fire, flood, or other disasters. Ideal for someone who is:

• Xactimate trained or familiar with insurance restoration workflows
• Great at working with people and setting expectations
• Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Based in the Burnaby area

2. Mechanical Estimator - Special Projects Division

Join a respected mechanical contractor with a focus on tenant improvements, renovations, and complex special projects ranging from $50K to multimillion-dollar scopes. Ideal candidates:

• Have 3+ years of mechanical estimating experience
• Are proficient with AutoBid and Trimble or Jonas
• Understand mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping)
• Can lead the full tendering process
• Thrive in detail-heavy, technical project environments
