This role is specifically for our women's boutique, PRFKT.

Role Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Retail Sales Manager / Key Holder to join our team at PRFKT in Old Montreal. This on-site role involves supporting the daily operations of the boutique, styling customers, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining the highest standards in product presentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Boutique Manager in daily operations and acting as manager in their absence
• Providing elevated customer service to all clients and cultivating client relationships
• Leading by example on the sales floor, achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Managing inventory levels and receiving merchandise
• Opening and closing the boutique, handling cash reconciliation and key holder duties
• Assisting with in-store visual merchandising and floor set execution
• Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience in alignment with brand standard

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail (commission-based experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with clients
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Experience in clienteling and enhancing the overall customer experience
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both French and English is required
• Familiarity with luxury or designer fashion brands is an asset
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
