Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for coaching, encouraging and motivating his or her staff as well as acting as a motivator and a supportive leader to his or her team members. He/she will also ensure excellent customer services being provided and leverage each individual's strengths to maximize sales potential and well-being to achieve the store's goals.

  • Experience in a management position;

  • The ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner;
