Recruitment Consultant - SaaS & Growth Tech

Calgary (Hybrid)

With strong momentum and growing demand, we're adding a Recruitment Consultant to join our small, highly engaged team and play a key role in this next stage of growth.

What We Do

The New Network supports SaaS companies across sales, marketing, customer success, product, engineering, operations, finance, and leadership. Every search is customized, and we approach each engagement as an extension of our clients' teams.

The Role

You'll lead client search engagements that require business acumen, critical thinking, professional maturity, and a genuine interest in how companies grow. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment across a range of SaaS roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, product, technology, and operations
  • Building trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and senior hiring leaders
  • Developing tailored search strategies aligned to each client's stage and market position
  • Conducting structured interviews that assess both technical capability and culture fit
  • Writing high-quality candidate profiles that help clients make confident hiring decisions
  • Representing our clients with integrity, care, and professionalism - knowing that every interaction reflects their employer brand and helps bring their story to market in a compelling, credible way
  • Staying close to the SaaS and tech ecosystem to bring market insight to clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For

You don't need prior SaaS recruitment experience (though it's an asset). We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about how high-growth companies scale
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills
  • A consultative mindset that treats every search as a business problem to solve
  • Comfort working directly with founders, executives, and leadership teams
  • Professional maturity, strong judgment, and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
  • A growth-oriented mindset and desire to take ownership as The New Network continues to scale
