Plexus has teamed up with an exciting Cryptocurrency VC who have successfully built out and revolutionising their crypto prop trading team. You would be deployed and collaborate with both their investment and venture teams.

We need a recruiting beast to come in and help revolutionisegrowing firm!

Requirements

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates for roles in AI, finance, and technology across multiple regions
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver strong candidates aligned with company values and growth trajectory.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach primarily for in-house recruitment needs.
• Operate with high intensity and independence; described as needing to be a "working beast."
• Understand financial markets and/or AI is a plus
• Maintain knowledge of regional talent markets and cost-efficiency
