We are looking for BSA (Business System Analyst) -Telecom for an enterprise client in Greater Toronto Area, Canada for an opportunity to work in the cutting edge, enterprise scale environment.

JD:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a BSA, preferably in Digital Transformation or Telecom domains.
• Ability to translate business requirements into front-end, middleware, and back-end functional and system requirements and document the same.
• Experience in using system design and modelling techniques for complex Enterprise systems.
• Strong solution experience in running JAD sessions and designing/consolidating solutions with inputs from various teams and preparing high-level design documentation.
• Able to spearhead the project and drive it from inception through implementation to ensure requirements are met.
• Strong understanding of testing principles with the ability to review test plans, test design, and validate test results.
• Ability to contribute to UX designs, construct E2E sequence diagrams, API specifications, and high-level DB designs to meet functional requirements.
• Development experience or strong technical background that allows understanding of RESTful API structure, request/response flow, payload formats (JSON/XML), status codes, and error handling.
• Ability to design and document API flows, identify dependencies across services, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure feasibility and performance alignment.
• Hands-on involvement in tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI specs, and exposure to middleware technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, MuleSoft, Apigee) to validate API requirements and flows.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology (SAFe Agile experience is an asset).
• Excellent communication skills - able to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
