Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Data Analytics Spearhead to join the Enterprise Data Analytics team and play a key part in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders to manage analytics projects and foster self-service capabilities. The successful candidate will coordinate the daily operations of analytics initiatives, balancing project delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement. This role offers a hybrid work environment, working in a cooperative environment with a competitive package (base, bonus, RSP, and extensive healthcare support).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of analytics projects, enhancements, and incident resolution while aligning with team priorities and timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements and design insightful reporting solutions using BI tools like SAP BO, Power BI, and Python.
• Collaborate with business leaders and data governance teams to uphold data quality, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance on analytics best practices, dashboard standards, and effective data storytelling techniques.
• Evaluate emerging analytics tools and recommend enhancements to the enterprise analytics platform for scalability and performance.
• Mentor team members, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and innovation across analytics processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, including hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects and other BI platforms.
• Solid expertise in data management tools, such as Datasphere, BW HANA, and SQL Server.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in user requirement analysis, business analytics, and solution design.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), Python for analytics, and ITIL best practices.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and change management skills, along with experience in driving process improvement initiatives.
• Degree or diploma in Data, Information Technology, or related discipline.
