Job Description: Support Integration Team with SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) integration.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to support our Integration Team with SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in HR ABAP development and deep knowledge of Business Integration Builder (BIB) replication processes to assist with complex development tasks and ensure smooth data integration across systems.

Job Requirement: SAP Integration Consultant with extensive experience with HR ABAP and BIB (Business Integration Builder) replication to assist with development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Integration Team to design, develop, and implement integration solutions for SAP ECP.
• Develop and enhance HR ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces to support payroll and employee master data processes.
• Configure and optimize Business Integration Builder (BIB) replication for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical support and guidance for other HR ABAP development tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
