Job Title: IT Business Systems Analyst III

Location: 160 Front Street West, Toronto (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, typically Wed-Fri)

Contract Duration: 9 months plus possible extension

Description:

We're seeking a Technical BSA with 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow BSA roles, to support a critical ServiceNow security integration project. This role sits within the ITS SRE Practice and involves high stakeholder interaction. Candidates should be eager to learn, collaborative, and experienced in integration-heavy environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current systems and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to drive delivery
• Translate business needs into technical specs, supporting Agile teams using JIRA/Confluence
• Participate in testing and change management
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years as a BSA, with 3+ years in ServiceNow
• 2+ years leading ServiceNow integration projects
• Agile delivery (3+ years), JIRA/Confluence
• ITSM/ITIL process experience
• ServiceNow CSA certification (or commitment to obtain within 1 month)

Nice to Have:

• ITIL or SAFe PO/PM certification
• Financial institution or enterprise environment experience
