As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for hands-on management and troubleshooting across a diverse range of IT systems and platforms. You will support end-users, address technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technical operations and services. The role requires adaptability, as it involves working across multiple sites and handling a variety of tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting across platforms, including Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Cisco networking equipment, CrowdStrike.

• Managing endpoint protection strategies and implementing security measures.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical audiences.

• Supporting the organization's day-to-day operations while adhering to deadlines and managing multiple tasks or projects.

• Conducting onsite technical support as part of the operations team.

To be successful in this position, candidates should have:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Technical Support or System and Network Administrator roles.

• Strong generalist knowledge in Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and Microsoft Active Directory (user management, group policies, permissions).

• Hands-on experience with network solutions, such as Cisco Meraki devices and FortiGate Firewalls.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in an urgent and challenging environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have updated COVID vaccinations, as this position requires work directly on-site at community health centers.
