Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development (BD) Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in conceptualizing new product ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and driving the growth of our cutting-edge battery diagnostics technology. The ideal candidate has a passion for innovation, an analytical mindset, and a strong ability to translate market feedback into actionable product development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of hardware line products, WebApp platforms, and Cloud Analytics solutions.
- Research new product opportunities, evaluate field applications, engage in business development activities, and conduct in-depth business case analyses.
- Perform competitive benchmarking on pricing, product features, market adoption, and customer behavior.
- Organize and coordinate product launches, contribute to sales initiatives, manage online content, and deliver product training.
- Establish and maintain beta test sites; collect and analyze data for the Spectro product line.
- Expand and manage the Matrix Library and Cloud Analytics offerings, including the introduction of new subscription-based services.
- Collaborate with OEMs to integrate our proprietary battery diagnostic technologies into third-party devices.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and media outlets; deliver presentations and publish technical articles.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.

- Solid grasp of business development principles in IoT, cloud connectivity, and technology-driven markets.
Preferred Background
- Experience in product development, technical sales, or marketing within a technology or energy-related industry.
- Exposure to SaaS, hardware/software integration, or embedded systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
