This is a sr. product manager position so it's individual contirbutor role and they'll be groomed to lead a team in the future. They can expect to act like once they're onboarded to fully support the product team. Leadership style is hands off, very hands on regarding strategy, but aside from that it's more just making sure that this top down alignment in terms of the work we are doing does add value and alliance for the strategic goal of the organization and the team, but a bit hands off when it comes to actually doing the work and like operationalizing stuff.

• Cleansing and connecting data from multiple datasets to generate insights (working on the products and more external)

What are a couple of desired/nice to have skills?

• Experience working on product launches in multiple markets
• Experience independently developing and managing budgets for multiple projects and products
• Reporting, dashboards and analytics (more-so internal KPIs)

• Communicating and presenting data-driven product ideas to stakeholders and senior leaders
• Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases
