Overview:

A Logistics Specialist coordinates and oversees all logistical operations. This includes working with logistic providers, organizing transportation, working with customs brokers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations (e.g. shipping, brokerage, warehousing, inventory, transportation).

Plan and track the shipment of final products from vendor through to our warehouse.

Prepare accurate reports for upper management and ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies.

Help negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers and carriers.

Resolve any issues or delays with shipments and deliveries.
