Position Details: Field Service Rep

• Location: Montreal, QC
• Pay: $70K Target Base
• Travel: Mixture of overnight and local travel. Mileage Reimbursement
• Shift: Monday-Friday

Job Description

• Focus on customer needs with troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance and service repair needs on pharmacy automated equipment.
• Working with electronic/electrical/electro-mechanical systems.
• Work with robotics and/or automated systems.
• Perform 2nd level hardware preventative and corrective maintenance as well as software maintenance.
• Support the facility group with enhancements or upgrades with technical knowledge.
• Work with the facility to schedule appropriate downtime for preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Summary of work performed with frequency and detail required by the facility to document the servicing of the system.
• Preplanned service calls outside of normal business hours.
