Position Summary:
Manulife is seeking a bilingual Organizational Health Solutions Consultant to support clients in developing and executing organizational health strategies. This strategic and client-facing role combines data analysis, solution design, and product execution to deliver high-impact health and wellness outcomes. You'll work across cross-functional teams and directly with sponsors to translate health data into meaningful insights and drive adoption of tailored wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess organizational health using Manulife's data and reporting tools
- Design and implement health and wellness strategies aligned to client needs
- Deliver actionable insights via Manulife's Wellness Report and other platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Distribution) to drive product adoption and sales support
- Lead the execution and evolution of the Wellness Report product, including vendor and internal coordination
- Inform and support pilot programs and strategic enhancements to Manulife's wellness offerings
- Represent Manulife at industry events and support eminence-building efforts
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French (fluent in speaking, writing, and presenting)
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Client service or consulting
- Workplace health programs or strategies
- Data-driven health outcomes
- Experience with digital engagement platforms, wellness metrics, KPIs, and budgeting
- Ability to interpret health data and translate into client-facing strategies
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships
