Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of Social Media Specialists to build a high-performing, creative, and globally-minded team.

Brand Voice & Community Building

  • Define and uphold a consistent brand voice across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.), fostering authentic conversations and brand advocacy.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with brand, design, and product marketing teams to create engaging content calendars tailored to each region and platform.

Campaign Planning

  • Conceptualize and execute integrated social media campaigns that align with product launches, global promotions, and industry trends.

Social Listening & Reputation Management

  • Monitor brand mentions, engage with community feedback, and ensure timely responses to protect and enhance Heavengifts' brand reputation.

Trendspotting & Creative Innovation

  • Stay on social platform updates, and competitor activities to keep our content globally relevant and fresh.

Performance Reporting

  • Set KPIs, track key metrics, and generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Use data to refine content and media strategies.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with performance marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and support broader marketing goals.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in consumer goods, e-commerce, or lifestyle tech

Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, CRM, analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Balance of creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making
  • Deep understanding of global digital audiences and platform nuances
  • Crisis management and online reputation handling skills
