- Salary: 65-68/hr T4A
About the Role
As a Senior Manager on the Marketing Modernization team, you will lead and support initiatives that advance CIBC's Digital & Direct Marketing ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, manage strategic projects, and drive marketing technology transformation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing or digital transformation
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Strong understanding of marketing technology implementation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator)
- Familiarity with Adobe Marketing tools
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:
- Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Salesforce Expertise:
- Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Data Cloud, to guide implementation and optimization.
- Act as a technical liaison-while not a developer, you understand the platform's capabilities and can translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Technology, Product, and external vendors to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Contribute to the development of the marketing modernization roadmap.
- Analyze market trends and client behavior to inform strategy.
- Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new tools and processes.
