About the Role
We're looking for Bilingual (French and English) Customer Support Representative with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and attentive, providing thoughtful support to every customer. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and resolving a wide range of inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Monitor, respond to, and thoroughly address customer service concerns through multiple communication channels (ticketing system, web chat, phone calls, emails, etc.).
- Learn and understand products available to customers and to provide accurate answers and support.
- Provide product support and technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Efficiently process and validate customer parts and warranty requests.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in the company's CRM system, such as Zendesk, MS SharePoint.
- Collaborate in creating technical documentation, FAQs, and other support resources to enhance overall customer experience.
What You Bring
- Minimum experience 2 years in customer service with a preference for industrial, agricultural, or automotive experience.
- Proficiency in both English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Capable of adjusting communication style to suit a variety of customers and situations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Experience as a mechanic or a handy person in a customer service role is a plus.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm or to be discussed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
