JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Solution architect to join a tier 1 FI on a 6 month contract, hybrid 4 days in downtown Toronto . This is to aid in the creation of Generative AI based assistants for a contact center. My ideal candidate would be someone who can be a bit hands on with prototyping, has experience with green-field software design, javascript, typescript, designing for reliability, demonstrated interest in AI and some experience with voice technology. This role will specifically be supporting an async messaging channel and working to integrate 3rd party systems.
